Every figure is a wholesale quantity break — bulk pricing that applies to everyone, with no account required.
The four things you pay for
Almost every supplier in this market advertises an "as low as" unit price. That number is the product alone, at the highest volume break, with one colour. Here is the whole invoice.
Unit price
Drops at each quantity break. Depends on the model, the material and the size.
Setup
One imprint colour in one position is included. Extra colours and extra positions are charged once per order, not per unit.
Add-ons
Second side, engraving, tassels, cords, bagging. Charged per unit.
Freight
Quoted per destination against your address and target date. Duties and local taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Charged once per order, not per unit — which is why they matter most on small runs and disappear on large ones.

Minimum order quantity
Our minimum is 50 units per design, across every model in the range. Below that we cannot cover the setup cost of the print run.
MOQ in this market is not standardised: direct manufacturers go as low as 1 to 12 units, resellers and promotional distributors typically start at 50 to 250, and marketplaces have no minimum at all. We sit at the bottom of the reseller band while quoting at manufacturer prices, because we produce rather than resell.

Counted from proof approval, once you have signed off the free digital proof.
