Three very different products are sold under this name, usually on the same page and at prices that can’t be compared. Here is the honest map:
- Flat paddle fans — a die-cut blade on a stick. No fold, no mechanism: the cheapest format per unit, built for hand-outs. If that’s what you need, it’s the round paddle fan, printed edge to edge — not a folding fan.

- PVC leaves — translucent, glitter and pearl finishes like the lilac pearl glitter: the wipe-clean, rain-proof end of the range.
Every folding fan is the same anatomy — a leaf (the printed surface) on ribs (the frame) around a rivet. On this page the ribs are plastic; the leaf is fabric or PVC. That one sentence is worth more than most catalogue filters.
